Nintendo Wii's games release, Wii Fit, was designed to inspire exercise and is now being installed in many gyms.  Wii Fit is a balance board game that incorporates over 40 training activities using the Balance Board, including exercises to help improve balance, yoga, muscle workouts and aerobic exercises.
